At SpoiledForever.com, we want you to love your merchandise! BUT if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may exchange it for store credit.
- Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to receive merchandise credit. — All sales are non-refundable.
- Items returned after 5 days upon delivery of merchandise will not be accepted.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to return any and/or all merchandise to our business for exchange credit.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable (including all refused and unaccepted packages).
- Store credit applies only for merchandise purchased and does not include shipping charges.
Damaged Items:
- Requests for damaged items must be made within 3 days upon delivery of merchandise.
- All items being returned for credit must be in new condition and include original packaging and tags attached accompanied by the receipt or online invoice.
- In the case of a damaged item, shipping for the new item will be free of charge.
