Return/Exchange Policy

Here at SpoiledForever.com and our store location we want you to be able to enjoy your new goodies. Any purchases made with Spoiled Forever are only eligible for exchange or store credit. All sales are non-fundable.

To make a return please email us within 5 days of receiving your order (i.e. arrived at your shipping destination or purchased in-store) at SpoiledForever2@gmail.com with your name and order number with your reason for the return.

All items must be returned in original packaging; tags still attached, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. If there are any signs of wear including smell and visual evidence, Spoiled Forever reserves the right to reject your return.

All items must be returned properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping. Damaged returns will not be accepted. We do not reimburse or cover shipping and handling fees.

We do not hold items. We will do our best to fulfill your request during the process. We can guarantee size and style availability until we receive and process your return. Exchanges will be processed within 24-48hrs  after we receive your order.

All store credits would be issued in the  form of a gift card from SpoiledForever.com. Fulfilled gift cards will be delivered to your email. Store credit applies to merchandise only and does not include shipping and handling fees. 

In-Store Pickup Returns

We aim for spoiling you with convenience with our Buy Online, Pickup In-Store service. Once you have been notified that your “BOPIS” is ready for pickup, you have 7 days to retrieve your order. Any orders not picked up after the 7th day will be issued a store credit via SpoiledForever.com (minus a 20% restocking fee).

Sale Items and Featured Items

All sales items and featured items are final sale. No exceptions.

Defective Items

We provide quality assurance before we ship out your. Should you have received any defective items please submit a request for defective items within 3 days upon receiving your merchandise via email with pictures so we could escalate the issue.

All items being returned for credit must be in the original condition and include original packaging and tags attached accompanied by the receipt or online invoice.

In the case of a damaged item, shipping for the new item will be free of charge.

Store Credit and Gift Cards

Our store credit and gift cards do not expire.

By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full return/exchange/store credit policy.
